Ingredients straight from Italy
Mozzarella, olive oil, tomatoes, cured meats — we bring them directly from Italy twice a week. No substitutes, no compromises.
A small pizzeria with soul
Czerwony Stefan is not a chain. It's a place we run out of a passion for real Italian pizza — from day one we've chosen quality over shortcuts. Every pizza is made here, on site, from dough we prepare days in advance.
Espresso, doppio or americano for 3 zł with any pizza or dessert. Because good coffee is a duty, not a luxury.
Italian soft drinks
Instead of the usual big-brand fizzy drinks — Italian cola and lemonades straight from Italy. A different taste, a different approach.
The 0% Zone
All the pleasure, none of the alcohol. Our own drinks made with Aperol 0% — the taste of a classic Aperol, without the alcohol. Alcohol-free IPA from the Miłosław brewery — all the hops, none of the percentage. Bojan 0% — fruit drinks with zero alcohol. No compromise on flavour.
Homemade desserts
We make every dessert ourselves — including our pistachio pizzetta with Italian pistachio cream and Bronte pistachios. Neat little portions, so there's always room for one after a full pizza.

Moretti and Peroni for lovers of the Italian classics, and for the craft crowd — wheat beer, pilsner, ArcyIPA, perry and cider from the Miłosław brewery.
The 0% Zone
No alcohol, no compromise on taste. Our own drinks with Aperol 0%, alcohol-free IPA from Miłosław and Bojan 0% fruit drinks. All the pleasure, none of the percentage.
On my monthly few-day trips to Warsaw this is my go-to place whenever I want to feel like I'm in Italy. Lovely, warm staff and — most importantly — delicious pizza. Usually with the wonderful crema it makes the perfect meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — I'd give it a 6 if I could :) Keep it up. See you soon :)

I'm genuinely amazed to have found this little gem. The place itself is charming — small, modest and full of atmosphere. I honestly recommend it. This time I ordered takeaway; next time I'll eat in. You can taste that the ingredients are top quality. Really worth a visit. And to those who say it's noisy — think about it, that's exactly what places in Italy are like. Enough said.

Tasty, properly baked dough 🍕 and fresh ingredients do the job. Very fair prices for the quality you get. Big plus for being able to bring your dog 🐶 — that attitude always counts for a lot ❤️

After the Night of Museums we ended up here for pizza. IT WAS A BULLSEYE!!!!
From the moment we walked in the staff were welcoming, and we even got to taste some new drinks 😉
There are only a few tables, so I'd suggest booking 😉 now about the food… I don't think there's much to add — it's been a long time since I ate Italian pizza this good in Warsaw. The produce is perfetto!!!
I think this is going to be our regular Italian place. Highly recommended.
